About Course
About This Course :
Cultural Marxism is the set of ideas that govern today’s society and create narratives all over the world. These ideas constitute political new left and disseminated through academia, media, pop culture and elitist thinking. Cultural Marxist ideas seek to destroy traditional society and wholly contrary to the idea of dharma. These ideas are presented as progressive and liberal to the young Indians. These ideas cultivate an anathema to traditional social ideas and social order.
This course would like to familiarize the participant with the genesis and evolution of Cultural Marxism over the years. The course analyses how the present world is dominated by the narratives of Cultural Marxism. Although these ideas are inimical to creation of a sustainable society and fundamentally unscientific, these ideas are disseminated as Gospel Truth.
The course dissects about one particularly relevant Cultural Marxist theory of Majoritarianism in the light of science, as Kausik Gangopadhyay has done in his much-acclaimed book The Majoritarian Myth. This idea of Majoritarianism is used by academics and media to blame Hindus for each and every problem of the Indian society.
The course ends towards alternative ideas from the Indic culture to make the world a better place.
